Standard Rate
$180 – $200 per 50-minute therapeutic sessions
$250 per 50 minutes for depositions/consultations.
Insurance
I am an out of network provider. I will mail you a Services Statement in order for you to bill your health insurance plan.
You may find it most helpful to check to see if your coverage includes out of network providers by asking your insurance company the following questions:
- What are my mental health insurance benefits?
- What percentage or amount do you reimburse me when I work with an out of network provider?
- What CPT code do benefits cover?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician or a psychiatrist to see care?
Fee Adjustments
Your fee on my sliding scale will be determined based on your individual/family circumstances.
Payment
A check is accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notice of at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled therapy appointment is required. Clients cancelling with shorter notice will be required to pay the full cost of the scheduled time.
